• A recent selfie photograph of yourself holding your identity card

4.3 Account Security

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

amav5d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: Bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata, BSI) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum deposit amounts are:

• E-wallets: Rp 25,000

Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account status. Deposits are processed instantly in most cases. amav5d does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges. You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in funds being returned and your account suspended.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawals at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed)
• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100,000 (bank transfer), Rp 50,000 (e-wallets)
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible
• You must have met any applicable wagering requirements for bonuses received
• Processing time: 5-15 minutes for bank transfers, 10-20 minutes for e-wallets during normal operating hours

amav5d does not charge withdrawal fees. However, we reserve the right to pass on reasonable third-party transaction fees in certain circumstances. If you have not placed any wagers since your last deposit, we may deduct administrative fees before processing your withdrawal. 5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

7. Sports Betting Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on amav5d are subject to our betting rules. Key provisions include:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not valid until confirmed in your account history and you receive a confirmation number. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet.
• Settlement: Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, ATP for tennis). We do not recognize protests or subsequent disqualifications unless explicitly stated.
• Postponed or Abandoned Events: If an event is postponed and not completed within 48 hours of the original start time, bets are generally void unless otherwise specified. If an event is abandoned after play has started, settlement depends on the specific sport and market.
• Minimum/Maximum Stakes: Minimum stake is typically Rp 10,000. Maximum stakes vary by event, market, and account status. We reserve the right to adjust limits without notice.

7.2 Asian Handicap and Special Markets

Asian handicap eliminates the draw outcome by giving a virtual advantage or disadvantage to teams. Fractional handicaps (e.g., -0.75, +1.25) result in split stakes settled at different handicap levels. Over/under markets refer to total goals scored by both teams. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets combine multiple selections into one bet where all selections must win for the bet to be successful. Parlay odds are calculated by multiplying individual selection odds together.

7.3 Live Betting

Live in-play betting allows you to place bets while events are in progress. Live betting odds change rapidly based on match developments. Bets may be rejected if odds change between submission and acceptance (due to a goal scored, red card, or other significant event). We reserve the right to suspend live betting markets at any time. Settlement of live bets is based on the score at full-time unless otherwise stated.

Detection of irregular play may result in voiding of affected bets, confiscation of winnings, and account closure. We reserve the right to withhold payouts pending investigation of suspected abuse.

9. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• amav5d provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, though we employ industry-standard security measures.
• amav5d is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of amav5d shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account in the six months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for losses caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, telecommunications failures, server downtime, natural disasters, or acts of government.
• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless amav5d, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these terms or your use of the services.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Suspension by amav5d

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within requested timeframes
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Provision of false or misleading information
• Abusive behavior toward amav5d staff or other players
• Opening multiple accounts or circumventing account restrictions
• Irregular betting or gaming patterns indicative of abuse

During suspension, you will not be able to place bets, claim bonuses, or request withdrawals. We will investigate the matter and notify you of the outcome. If suspension is lifted, your account will be restored. If termination is warranted, any remaining genuine balance will be returned minus any applicable fees.

10.2 Closure by Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Unclaimed balances become dormant after 12 months of inactivity. We reserve the right to charge reasonable administration fees for dormant account withdrawals.
